The Mallet™ 3001 Bread Pan Oiler is designed to integrate into high-speed bakeries with multiple recipes. The touchscreen HMI with PLC controls and troubleshooting is recipe based for easy changeovers using saved recipes.  Upon recipe selection, the guide rails, nozzle height and spray quantity control automatically move the to saved recipe settings for fast changeovers and minimal required operator input. The 3001 is equipped with the unique Mallet™ nozzle design for excellent spray coverage. The system includes our patented PosiSpray™ spray verification controls which alarms if sprays are consistently missed; greatly reducing product loss. <\/p>\n
