Thriftee™ EZ Release NB

Thriftee™ EZ Release NB is an exceptionally stable solids-free cake depanning compound designed for ease of use and excellent release. Formulated from a blend of special fats, oils and soy lecithin, the lower viscosity of this product will reduce release compound usage, while providing maximum release effectiveness. Its solid-free properties coupled with low release compound usage will substantially reduce sanitation and equipment maintenance requirements. Its stable properties will resist separation during machine application and storage. Thriftee EZ Release is an ideal release compound for a wide variety of cake formulations.
