The MicroPulse X5 Spraying System is an economical solution with targeted, even coverage and minimal overspray designed specifically for oven applications.
The MicroPulse X5 Spraying System is designed for water based release agents in the Amarnakote family. The simple system is flexible and highly configurable allowing it to be quickly assembled on site and is designed to be installed over a customers conveyor or oven band. The nozzles have a high level of control allowing the spray quantity to be finely tuned for optimal consumption. The touchscreen HMI with PLC controls and troubleshooting are recipe based for easy changeovers using saved recipes.
