Mallet™ 488 Band Oven Oiler

The Mallet™ 488 Band Oven Oiler mounts over the customer’s existing band oven or conveyor, taking up minimal floor space. The number of spray nozzles depends on the width of the belt. The 488 is designed to either spray the entire belt or upon sensing product, spray a specific product location. The nozzles have a high level of control allowing the spray quantity to be finely tuned for optimal consumption. The touchscreen HMI with PLC controls and troubleshooting is recipe based for easy changeovers using saved recipes.
