LIPOVOL® ORIGIN CACAY
INCI Name : Caryondendron Orioncense Seed Oil
A cold pressed luxurious oil derived from the nuts of Cacay evergreen trees that grow along the Andes mountains adjacent to the Colombian Amazon lowlands. The production of this ingredient supports local communities and encourages preservation of tropical rainforests, while delivering benefits to the skin and hair.
It is rich in vitamin E and phytosterols such as beta-sitosterol. Its concentration of linoleic acid surpasses that of other common oils, which helps to improve skin hydration, smoothness, firmness, and elasticity. Cacay oil also provides benefits to the hair such as thermal protection, enhanced shine, reduced frizz, and improved split ends.
