LIPOPEG™ 39-S Flakes is an emulsifier for cosmetics, toiletries and topical applications. When balanced with LIPO™ GMS or LIPOSORB™ TS it produces fine-textured emulsions even in the presence of polyvalent electrolytes such as aluminum chlorhydroxide.
