LIPOCOL S-20 is an oil-in-water emulsifier. Stable emulsions are formed when balanced with a low HLB emulsifier such as LIPOCOL S-2 and LIPOCOL S or LIPOCOL C for body and viscosity. Used in emulsion systems for skin care, hair care and color cosmetics.
