LIPOBEAD BLUE LAGOON is a small blue bead (average size of 700 microns), supplied in a dry form. This encapsulant entraps vitamins A and E inside a matrix composed of naturally-derived cellulose. It softens in formulation and melts on the skin during application, releasing the vitamins while leaving no shell behind.
