VEGALUBE™ Slicer Blade Release

VEGALUBE™ Slicer Blade Release is a blend of mineral oil, high stability vegetable oil, and sunflower lecithin blend with sorbic acid added as a mold inhibitor. The sorbic acid is incorporated into the formula as a mold inhibitor for bread slicer operations. The fat portion provides needed lubricity to bread slicer blades. This product is a clear liquid at room temperature resulting in ease of handling and application. The product is non allergenic.
