Vegalube™ 1100 Special P Release

Vegalube™ 1100 Special P is a special all vegetable blend containing partially hydrogenated soybean oil and soy lecithin. It has a resistance to sticky polymerization greater than most typical oil blends. Vegalube 1100 Special P is designed to provide efficient releasing action while preventing the sticky build up that is common with the typical 80/20 type pan oils. Its resistance to polymerization helps extend pan glaze life. Vegalube 1100 Special P has a high smoke point which helps eliminate unpleasant smoke problems in the bakery. Vegalube 1100 Special P provides excellent release in operations producing molded food products and sticky candy components. Its resistance to polymerization helps keep belts and molds cleaner longer.
