LIPOCOL S-21 is an oil-in-water emulsifier. Stable emulsions are formed when balanced with a low HLB emulsifier such as LIPOCOL S-2, and LIPOCOL S or LIPOCOL C for body and viscosity. Used in all emulsion systems including skin care, hair care, foundation make up and antiperspirants.
