BIOACT™ EC-15 High Flash Point Immersion Cleaner & Defluxer
BIOACT EC-15 High Flash Point Immersion Cleaner & Defluxer is a uniquely formulated defluxer that combines traditional semi-aqueous technology with saponifiers and specialty surfactants to provide unmatched flux residue removal. This product has excellent solvency and is designed for use at elevated temperatures (140-180oF / 60-82oC).
BIOACT EC-15 High Flash Point Immersion Cleaner & Defluxer is a semi-aqueous spray and immersion cleaner designed for ambient or heated defluxing applications. This proprietary cleaner is a mixture of esters, modified alcohols and surfactants. BIOACT EC-15 is a water rinseable cleaner, selected for its excellent solvency, high soil loading, temperature flexibility and process versatility. BIOACT EC-15 effectively removes all types of flux residues as well as ionic contamination. BIOACT EC-15 offers excellent compatibility with most substrates and materials used in electronic assembly cleaning applications. It is not recommended for use with RTV silicones, polystyrenes or polycarbonates.
